We have a reliable estimate that there are now 18,000 cases in Canada as of 26 March 2020. This is against the official number of just over 3000 listed as we are recording this podcast. If you double that every three days, that is 36,000 cases by end March and 72,000 cases in the first few days of April 2020. These are all low-end assessments. How did we arrive at these numbers?
