Joseph A. Davison hosts ‘Not on Record’ with criminal lawyer Joe Neuberger in a fireside chat-type setting, only ‘Not on Record’ is recorded in the basement of their Neuberger & Partners LLP firm, where Neuberger and Davison both work. 

Not on Record’ frequently delves into the issue of male discrimination in the current legal system, although the podcast discusses other ridiculous lengths that the social justice social paradigm we’re in currently has been stretched into.
